I had a frustrating experience during my stay, primarily due to unclear communication regarding reservations and policies. The location was great, close to attractions, but the service left much to be desired, as I felt my concerns were not addressed properly. While I appreciated the facilities available, the overall value for what I paid wasn't satisfactory.

I had high hopes for my stay, given the campground's prime location near Whistler, but it turned out to be quite a letdown. The facilities were not up to par, and I faced issues with my reserved site that made the experience frustrating and not worth the hefty price tag. I loved being so close to nature, but the poor management and cleanliness left me disappointed.
Rooms

The campground setup was inadequate, and the assigned site had debris and was not level, making it uncomfortable.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location is great, just a short walk to Whistler Village, which is a huge plus. However, the facilities, especially the washrooms, were disappointing and not up to par. The service seemed to prioritize profits over guest experience, which was disappointing. The accommodation was in need of some TLC and a thorough clean. Overall, not the getaway I had hoped for.
Rooms
6.0
The cabins were clean but overdue for some dusting; there were cobwebs in corners. They felt a little pricey for what you get.
Service
5.0
The staff was somewhat helpful, but there were too many sites booked for foreign tourists, leaving less attention for regular visitors like us. Poor management seemed to be the issue.
Location

I had a great time at the RV campground, which was clean and spacious enough for our 37-foot trailer. The bike friendliness was a huge plus, as we could easily ride into town without needing to drive. Unfortunately, I also experienced a very disappointing stay at another location where the facilities were filthy and poorly managed, which negatively impacted my trip. It's clear that cleanliness and proper management are key to an enjoyable visit.
Rooms
8.0
The RV campground had ample space and was very clean. In contrast, the second location's room was dirtier than expected with hairs on the pillow and a mysterious sock under the bunk.
Service
5.0
Overall, the staff at the RV campground were helpful and accommodating, providing us with information about local trails and activities. However, my experience at the other location was marred by the manager's rude demeanor and lack of accommodation.
Location
9.0
The RV park's location was fantastic, with bike trails leading into town. However, the second location had some safety concerns with a chain blocking the entrance and felt isolated.
Dining
6.0
Dining options at the RV campground were limited but decent, while the other location's dining wasn't appetizing at all.
Facilities
5.0
The RV campground had nice facilities, including clean restrooms. However, at the other location, the washroom situation was dire and very poorly maintained, leaving a lot to be desired.
